Don't leave Ignite in the cold! Help us build our permanent home.

$1,700

raised by 9 people

In 2002 when Stan and I moved to Fort Collins, we discovered Ignite Adaptive Sports. Stan was no longer able to stand up long enough to ski but they got him out in a bi-ski. While other instructors joined Stan on great adventures on Corona and Mule Shoe, I found my place in teaching skiing to those with the ability to use regular skis. The Ignite instructors and students are family, and as such, we need a home. Ignite Adaptive Sports has grown, and we can only manage our "temporary" current space for another couple of years. Will you help us build Ignite a permanent home?

I am part of a grassroots effort to raise $150,000 of the funds needed. With our host mountain, Eldora, we are "moving mountains" to make sure this goal becomes a reality.

The new building will provide:
- A larger, safer space for our students and the adaptive equipment they need.
- A less crowded and hectic environment for those with cognitive impairments.
- Direct lift access by way of a bridge to the lift line.
- Program stability and commitment to the disabled community.
- 1,500 or more lessons each season.

With this building, no student will be turned away due to space constraints. Your donation can make a difference. Please donate today!
