KarmaSue received its 501 (c)3 status in 2016. The mission is to support Coloradan families enduring companion animal cancer. The organization has impact many families across the state of Colorado by providing them with educational, emotional, and/or financial support while navigating a pet's cancer diagnosis. KarmaSue offers a sense of community, ensuring that families do not feel alone during this process and beyond.
KarmaSue offers education and counseling workshops to families near and far that want to gain tools needed to best support themselves and their pets. The organization also offers financial assistance to relieve some of the burden associated with pet cancer treatment so that families may focus on the human-animal connection as opposed to veterinary costs.
KarmaSue's future aspirations include enhancing the reach of programs so that families all across Colorado obtain the support they need while navigating a companion animal's cancer diagnosis and beyond.
