Who We Are:
For nearly 50 years, Mi Casa Resource Center has been a hub for the community, providing resources for workforce development, small business education, and digital skills training, creating opportunities for all.
We partner with schools, community organizations, and volunteers to create pathways for economic prosperity.
As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, we are located in the heart of Denver's Westwood community, ensuring accessible services.
Why We Do It:
We proudly carry on the vision of our 7 founding mothers and 1 father, who imagined a Denver where everyone has opportunities to improve their education and finances. We continue our work to celebrate our community's dreams, from grand openings of family businesses to individuals who have secured better employment.

Join Mi Casa Resource Center® on a journey nearly 50 years in the making—one that transforms lives and strengthens communities.
Founded in 1976 by seven visionary mothers and one father, Mi Casa was born from a deep desire to build a brighter future for families in West Denver. Starting with job training programs for women, Mi Casa broke barriers to open access to higher-paying careers. By the 1980s, we expanded to support entrepreneurs, offering bilingual small business services that empower women and BIPOC community members to thrive.
Today, our Career and Business Pathways programs drive generational change, helping Latino families build wealth and security. In 2023 alone, Mi Casa uplifted over 2,000 individuals, and helped 80 new entrepreneurs bring their dreams to life, collectively generating over 14 MILLION in revenue. We are advocates for a more inclusive economy and catalysts for lasting change.
