We move food where it's needed most. 'Art That Feeds' Food Drives at music events and large-scale donations from food makers help us feed underserved communities across the U.S. As little as $.50 provides one meal.
"Teacher after teacher have reported how picky eaters love the snacks you donated - parents just can't get enough and are constantly raving. I learned that many families use them as a transition snack after school, which is a great way to hold over a hungry kid after a busy day until working families can prepare dinner and get it on the table!" - Boulder County Division Manager, Head Start
Conscious Alliance supports communities in crisis through hunger relief and youth empowerment
Our founders were in college when they saw the potential for turning a crowd of music lovers into a powerful force of community builders. They were avid concert-goers with an idea: What if each of these fans showed up with something to give?
Our first 'Art That Feeds' Food Drive took place in 2002 at The Fillmore Auditorium in Denver with The String Cheese Incident. More than 4,000 meals were collected. Conscious Alliance took off from there.
After establishing a relationship with Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, our team saw the need to fight food insecurity in especially vulnerable areas.
Today, our 'Art That Feeds' Food Drives take place at hundreds of concerts and festivals across the US, and we partner with food brands to collect large-scale donations and move much needed healthy meals and snacks to kids in need.
