Because of a Song...
For 63 years, the Greeley Chorale has been more than a choir — we’ve been a family, a community, and a steadfast presence through the changing seasons of life in Greeley and beyond. From our very first rehearsal to our most recent standing ovation, one truth has remained constant: music brings us together, heals us, and sustains us.
In times of joy and times of hardship, we’ve seen how a single song can make all the difference. Music gives voice to emotions words can’t hold. It reaches the lonely, the grieving, the uncertain. It reminds us we are not alone. Over the years, members have found hope and belonging in the Chorale — a place where friendship replaces isolation, where harmony becomes healing, and where a shared passion for song becomes a lifeline.
We know that music saves lives — because we’ve witnessed it. We’ve seen singers who found purpose again after loss. We’ve seen audiences lifted from despair, tears turning to smiles as melodies filled the room. In a world that often feels divided or weary, our shared song is a reminder of beauty, resilience, and connection.
The Greeley Chorale continues to build bridges — not only through music, but through service. We've partnered with local organizations like Habitat for Humanity, the Guadalupe Shelter, and the Crescendo Foundation, using our voices to raise awareness, funds, and hope. Together, we’re creating harmony that extends far beyond the concert hall.
As we look to the future, we sing because of a song — the one that carries us through adversity, that brings light into dark places, and that continues to strengthen our community with every note.
Because of a song…we’re still here.
Because of a song…we’re still singing.
Because of a song…we have witnessed the power of music to change lives.
