ActivateWork is activating communities and futures by training diverse populations of Coloradans with in-demand tech skills and relevant industry certifications. Our learners are 70% people of color, 100% low-income, and 37% women. Our programs prepare them for 2x wage increases, and 90% of our graduates are still on the job after 12 months.

Denver is experiencing a talent crisis. As experienced business professionals, we’ve seen that talent is evenly distributed across society, but opportunity is not. We were founded in 2016 to build a talent ecosystem where individuals, employers, and the community realize their full potential as contributors to a prosperous Colorado.
