Be You AKA Be U LLC. is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing positive role models who exemplify excellence to individuals. Our high standard of distinction has fueled our growth into the successful business we are today. We offer four core programs to help our participants succeed and provide access and opportunity for young people across the state of Colorado to showcase their talents and skills. Our methods include mentoring, building healthy relationships, community service projects, and raising awareness about mental health. These are just a few ways we inspire and empower youth to reach their fullest potential.
Our mission is to support the youth and young adults of Colorado Springs who face challenges with their identity. These struggles are compounded by economic and limited access issues that disproportionately affect our underserved, marginalized, and disenfranchised populations throughout Southern Colorado. As a non-profit organization dedicated to excellence and positive community impact, Be You, AKA Be U LLC., provides access to vital resources and opportunities for personal growth. Our volunteer staff has generously donated thousands of hours towards mentoring, coaching, education, and entertainment for young people since our establishment in 2016.
Our organization is deeply committed to serving the Pikes Peak and Southeastern Colorado regions, and we have a proven track record as a leader in our field. We offer a comprehensive suite of four core programs to support our participants' success: Mentoring, Life Coaching, building healthy relationships and Life Skills, which are seamlessly integrated into the school system. To measure the effectiveness of our programs, we conduct surveys of participants and their schools. Additionally, we leverage pageantry and leadership workshops as performance measures to showcase our organization's impact on our community.
