About CCAI

Founded by Joshua Zhong and Lily Nie in 1992, CCAI is a non-profit 501c3 charity recognized by the U.S. federal government, accredited by the Hague Accreditation, and licensed by the states of Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Texas, and Wyoming. CCAI exists to find loving and permanent homes for as many orphans as possible, to reach out to orphans left behind through donor-driven humanitarian aid, and to provide life-long emotional and cultural support to adoptees and families.

We believe that every child deserves a loving family. For 32 years, CCAI has been working with the China, Haiti, Ukraine, Latvia, Bulgaria, Taiwan, Colombia, Belize and the Dominican Republic governments and has found permanent homes for over 13,310+ orphans.

We believe that adoption would be meaningless if we do not reach out to the orphans who remain behind. Through such charity programs like food assistance, child care training, foster care development, orphan sponsorship, medical mission, education support, and camp sponsorship, CCAI’s charity efforts have impacted the lives of more than 50,000 orphans over the past 32 years.

We believe that the completion of an adoption is just the beginning of our responsibility to adoptees and their families. Since we opened the Joyous Cultural Club (JCC) in 1996, our passion for continued post-adoption support has grown richer and stronger, eventually evolving into The Park Adoption Community Center in 2019, which, in addition to Joyous Cultural Club, houses life-changing programs such as Heritage Tours, Adopteen, Beyond Adopteen, AdopTween, Xpress Yourself, and Adoptees Giving Back Orphanage Service Trips just to name a few, benefitting thousands of adopted children and their families across the country.

Your donation can help bring hope and transformation to children and families in countless ways, such as:

  • Opening the doors to a loving home for a child waiting for adoption.

  • Providing the opportunity for an orphan to attend a life-changing camp.

  • Funding critical surgery for a child in LinFen, China, giving them the chance for a healthier future.

  • Ensuring personalized, one-on-one education for an orphan with special needs.

  • Providing essential resources and renewed hope to a child through sponsorship.

  • Delivering vital medical aid and relief to orphans.

  • Empowering an Adoptee to attend the transformative Adopteen Camp Conference through The Park Adoption Community Center.

  • Supporting an Adoptee's participation in Cultural Camp at The Park Adoption Community Center, fostering meaningful connections.

  • Making a life-changing Heritage Tour possible for Adoptees, reconnecting them with their roots.

  • Equipping Adoptive families with life-changing educational resources to support their journey.
