Join us in making a difference with your Colorado Gives Donation! Circle 2 Rescue is reaching out to you for support for this very important fundraiser. The demand for our services has never been greater, and with a team of fewer than a dozen dedicated volunteers and fosters, we've managed to rescue an incredible 4,053 animals since 2016! We save over 400 dogs and 150 cats each year!

Every member of our team is a volunteer, generously opening their homes and hearts to animals in need. Not a single person receives a salary, ensuring that 100% of your donation directly benefits the animals. This year has presented unique challenges. Adoptions have slowed, leading to extended stays for dogs, kittens, cats, and puppies in foster care. This, in turn, increases the need for food and veterinary care, putting additional strain on our fosters who generously care for these animals for weeks until the perfect forever home is found.

As we reflect on the past year, we invite you to take a moment to browse through the images that showcase the impact of our work. Your support is crucial to sustaining our efforts. Despite the challenges we face, we remain committed to maintaining a positive outlook. Your contribution will enable us to overcome disheartening conditions and continue our mission of rescuing and caring for animals in need. Stand with us on Giving Tuesday, and let's make a lasting impact together!

Testimonials

Many of our adopters are repeat adopters meaning they have adopted from us had a positive experience so they come back to us when they are ready to adopt another dog or cat. We also have a large number of referrals from people who have adopted from us or fostered an animal for us.

1) "I adopted Mowgli formally known as Bacon during covid from circle2rescue I believe he had two other litter mates. When I got him he had a huge injury about 3 inches of the tip of his tail. He was a very small little guy. 3 years later he won't leave my side. He loves adventures and other dogs. He loves being a big foster brother to our foster dogs and we call him "uncle mowgs" because he is always up to babysit the puppies. He is very smart and loves to learn new commands. He is a younger pup brother to our older female pup. He talks a lot and has learned how to get onto the kids trampoline and loves to play on it. I would love to get in contact with his litter mates. Here are pictures of him growing into a handsome young man. Thank you for rescuing him and all that your rescue does!"

2)    "Franci is sweet, kind and a people pleaser. She is the most popular dog in the neighborhood!  You are saving the world one dog at a time. I'm sure it can be a thankless job and disheartening at times. But what you saved Franci and I promise you she will never know starvation, neglect or abandonment. "

3) Just wanted to show thanks for all that you do!  We adopted our first pup from you and had such a wonderful experience we adopted another pup a year later! They’re living the best life and I couldn’t imagine life without them!

I am so proud to have referred 3 other families to your rescue and, in turn, have gotten 4 more fur babies adopted through Circle 2 Rescue! 🥰

Thank you again for all that you do!"

4) "We love Gabby so much! Here she is, doing what she does every day--curled up in soft blankets on the couch. She likes to lay by the window so she can keep an eye on things (although she usually just sleeps--I took this pic a minute ago and now she's snoring, deeply). She's a happy girl and so very good. She's also hilarious! A good fit for our family!!

Thank you for the work you do!"

Giving Activity

Mission

Circle 2 Rescue saves, rehabilitates and rehomes dogs and cats in need regardless of breed, age or size. Many of our rescue animals were scheduled to be euthanized due to lack of space in the shelter or they required veterinary care that the shelter was not able to provide. Others were living outdoors on the street, doing the best they can to survive the elements and forage for food. Our job is to nurture and heal dogs and then place them into carefully screened, permanent homes. We strive for quality over quantity and do not "churn" animals.

Background Statement

Organized in 2014, Circle 2 Rescue is a IRS 501C3 approved non-profit organization committed to rescuing homeless, abandoned and neglected animals from desperate situations. Our program rescues, provides vet care and rehomes over 400 dogs and 150 cats annually. All of our animals are in foster homes where they receive emergency and routine medical care, love and socialization. 100% or our animals are spayed or neutered as this is the only way to curb the pet over-population problem. We also host one or two spay/neuter clinics each year and help cover the spay/neuter surgery for those who can not afford it.
