Clover Ridge Farm Animal Sanctuary Inc

A nonprofit organization

Over the years our sanctuary has stepped in to provide a safe forever haven to:

  • Senior special needs dogs who would have been otherwise been euthanized
  • Rescued cats who would still be living in feral colonies
  • Farmed animals who would have been slaughtered

Last year we relocated our entire farm with all of our animals from Connecticut to Colorado because we believe no animal gets left behind, ever! And we are super happy to be here! We are just getting started out west and we have some big long-term goals but we can’t do it without your support.

Right now our main focus is on providing the best care for the beloved animal residents who currently call Clover Ridge home. This has been challenging amidst the current economic climate, ongoing inflation, changes to social media algorithms, and the increasing cost of animal feed and medical care.

Please help us continue to provide for these special souls today and be able to keep our growth plans alive for tomorrow!

Hi - I’m Lori and I founded Clover Ridge Animal Sanctuary 5 years ago after 2 decades of volunteering at various dog and cat rescue organizations. After welcoming our first goats and caring for them on a daily basis, I learned the true plight of farmed animals. I realized they were no different from cats or dogs, they all think, feel, have their own unique personalities, are bonded to their family members, and most importantly they all want to live.

We do not believe in using animals for products, food, or entertainment. We believe that animals are here with us, not for us and we hope to help more people make this connection. Our dream is to buy a bigger farm so we can rescue more animals and continue giving our current sanctuary residents the best life they deserve.

We would love for you to join our community and learn more, get involved, and aid in our mission of spreading compassion towards animals into the world!

Please consider supporting our sanctuary’s mission of creating a safe haven that heals and nurtures people and animals.

Mission

Clover Ridge provides a permanent sanctuary retirement home for a variety of different animals. The sanctuary is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is to create a safe haven that heals and nurtures animals and people. Our goal is to make a difference in as many homeless animals lives as possible and provide them with good food, quality vet care, compassion, comfort, and dignity for the remainder of their lives.

We strive to make the world a safer place for animals, whether it is by educating the public about the importance of spaying and neutering pets, adopting instead of “shopping”, promoting TNR programs for feral and stray cats, or by sharing the deep connection that exists between all sentient beings to inspire others in making more compassionate choices for the animals and for our planet.
