MISSION: The Colorado Grain Chain seeks to grow and connect a vibrant community-centered grain economy in the state of Colorado.

VISION: Our vision is for every household, food and beverage supplier, and maker in Colorado to use and value locally grown grains. We want Colorado grown grains used in craft beers, artisan spirits, in kitchens, and on menus everywhere people live and gather.

HOW WE DO THIS WORK: Education and connection is our niche. Our organization is comprised of over 50 Business Members (Colorado farmers, bakers, brewers, maltsters, millers, distillers, chefs, and partners) who use and grow local Colorado grains. Our role is to facilitate connections to education on why local grains matter in supporting local ag and our economy, while also facilitating connection to resources that can support our Business Members.
