Testimonials

"Joining CWW has connected me with other industry professionals and made it easy to stay current on conservation related events statewide. The collaboration between members and exposure to resources has proved invaluable!"

- Katie Helm, City of Fountain

"I have been a Colorado WaterWise board member since 2019, have served as co-secretary, and am currently working on the update to the
Colorado Guidebook of Best Practices for Municipal Water Conservation. This is an exciting opportunity to document the latest practices in water efficiency throughout the State and elevate this critical practice. As a board member, I am thoroughly enjoying working with other board members and the water conservation community."

- Courtney Black, Intera

"I joined the Colorado WaterWise Board in 2020 to learn from experts in water conservation in Colorado and to support our mission to
address the state's water challenges through improved water efficiency. I am continually impressed by the commitment and drive (of a mostly volunteer organization) to advance innovative water policies and practices. We do this through educational events, the Live Like You Love It campaign, our Annual Symposium, Water Conservation Best Management Practices Guide, and much more. There's no need to reinvent the wheel when you can count on CWW's resources and expertise!"

- Lindsay Rogers, Western Resource Advocates

Colorado WaterWise (formerly Colorado WaterWise Council) became the face of water conservation in 2000. Colorado WaterWise was created by combining Metro Water Conservation, Inc. and Xeriscape Colorado, two non-profits formed in the mid-1980s to promote water wise practices among homeowners, businesses, and water providers.

This organization provides support to water professionals, water providers, and communities across Colorado empowering them to offer more responsive and effective programs to their own customers, clients, and citizens.
