Colorado Helping Hub helps identify needs in our community and connects those needs to financial resources, volunteers with a unique skillset to help, or other Nonprofit Organizations that are better suited to help in specific situations.
The need is all around us! Your donation helps keep these vital resources available to those in our community who need it most.
We are based in Parker, CO, and focus our efforts in Douglas, Elbert, and Arapahoe Counties. We carry out our mission through 2 primary ways:
Programs
We offer both Year-Round Programs and Seasonal Programs. Volunteers are an integral part of these Programs. Our current Programs include Helping Hub Food Boxes, Winter Backpacks for Homeless, Rental Assistance, Utility Bill Assistance, Gas Cards, Grocery Store Gift Cards, Emergency Short-Term Housing, and Bus Passes.
Campaigns
From time-to-time, we will run need-specific fundraising Campaigns (similar to a GoFundMe campaign with a couple of main differences: 1. all donations are tax deductible for Donors, and 2. the identity of the Recipient can be kept confidential throughout the process per the Recipient’s preference).
