Colorado Helping Hub helps identify Suburban Poverty, Homelessness, and other crisis needs in our community and connects those needs to financial resources, volunteers with a unique skillset to help, or other nonprofit organizations that are better suited to help in specific situations.
The need is all around us! Your donation helps keep these vital resources available to those in our community who need it most.
We are based in Parker, CO, and focus our efforts in Douglas, Elbert, and Arapahoe Counties. We carry out our mission through 2 primary ways:
Programs
We offer both Year-Round Programs and Seasonal Programs. Volunteers are an integral part of these Programs. Our current Programs are targeted at assisting with food insecurity, housing, and transportation needs, and include the following: Helping Hub Food Boxes, Backpacks for Homeless, Rental Assistance, Utility Bill Assistance, Emergency Short-Term Housing, and Bus Passes.
Campaigns
From time-to-time, we will run need-specific fundraising Campaigns (similar to a GoFundMe campaign with 2 main differences):
1. All donations are tax deductible for Donors, and
2. The identity of the Recipient can be kept confidential throughout the process per the Recipient’s preference.

Colorado Helping Hub utilizes volunteers, donations, and partnerships with other local agencies to address those in need within our local community in many ways. Our mission is core to identifying and addressing suburban poverty, homelessness and helping any member of our community in need.

Originally launched in 2020, we expanded and refined our programs in 2022 to focus on practical assistance for food insecurity, housing, and transportation. Today, we deliver support through year-round and seasonal programs, leveraging a robust volunteer team and tax-deductible donations. As the needs within our community evolve, we continuously look at our assistance offerings to ensure we are evolving with those needs to serve our community in the most impactful way.
