A nonprofit organization

EAA Chapter 1627 is a community of aviation enthusiasts that want the best and safest forms of aviation in our community. To that end, we support aviation education and open discussions about flying and aircraft. We instill an interest in young aviators by providing free introductory flights through the Young Eagles program. We offer a scholarship through the Ray Aviation Scholarship for qualified young people.
