The Early Childhood Council for Yuma, Washington and Kit Carson Counties (ECCYWK) provides early childhood educators with professional development training, coaching, incentives & resources to enhance their knowledge.

The Early Childhood Council of Yuma, Washington, and Kit Carson Counties (ECCYWK) is dedicated to enhancing early childhood development by fostering community partnerships and leveraging resources. Our mission is to ensure that all children have access to high-quality child care and early learning experiences. ECCYWK focuses on increasing and improving quality care in every child care setting, supporting and building future providers, and connecting families to resources that support the health and well-being of their children.
The ECCYWK aims to create, coordinate, and sustain a resource-rich, inclusive community so children can reach their full potential in safe and nurturing environments. We work closely with local childcare providers to help open facilities, maintain high standards, offer training, find scholarships and grants, and provide ongoing support to ensure children Yuma, Washington, and Kit Carson Counties receive the highest level of care and early education.
