Testimonials
"I really enjoy the Advisory Council meetings, they are a source of connection to early childhood professionals in Larimer County that absolutely bring varied perspectives and passion to the dialog. The work that is happening is inspiring, so many individuals working towards a common goal for all children is such a huge part of the solution for the young children in our county. The Advisory Council provides a model of support, outreach, education and resources that makes the collective work of early childhood agencies streamlined." -Barbara
"As a Director of a large Childcare facility, we appreciate the ability ECCLC has to collect data, especially tuition rates. CCCAP reimbursement rates mean a lot to programs who have a high enrollment of CCCAP families. ECCLC's Quality Support Team has provided unlimited support to our program to promote high quality early care and education. Without the hard work of ECCLC our community would not be as able to provide such high quality services to families." -Child Care Center Director
"Words cannot express the gratitude that I have towards the Early Childhood Council of Larimer County. The opportunities and doors that this organization has afforded not only to me, but other family child care professionals in Larimer County has given us the opportunity to enhance our knowledge and improve the quality of our profession. It is through your support that many of us have been able to realize our dreams of returning to college, whether to earn a certificate, a degree, or just to attend class to update our training. Being a family childcare professional and providing quality care are very important to me. Thanks to all the support that I have been given, I have been able achieve the many accomplishments I have to date and in turn they will benefit the children in my care. Thank you all for supporting family childcare and advocating for our profession." -Irene
"My husband and I have used ECCLC twice over the last 6 years. The first time, it helped my husband and me find the most amazing provider to care for our newborn son. Over the years, she helped him learn his address, alphabet, numbers, and she got him potty trained by age 3 (right before our daughter arrived)! She retired last summer and we had to find a new childcare provider. I turned to ECCLC, and again we found a great provider. The verbal interview that ECCLC provides, along with the documents they send with all the details of each provider was the best way to narrow down a daunting search. And then, being able to log onto the website to see the actual "public records" of each provider also puts your mind at ease seeing that the one you choose has no incidents on record. Finding childcare is a stressful task…finding someone you trust with your child's life and wellbeing! I'm grateful to ECCLC and to the two wonderful providers that I found because of them." -Shannon
I wanted to reach out and say thank you for all of your help with our Improvement Plan for Colorado Shines. Our rooms looked fabulous when we had our AdvancED accreditation last week. The items that you had purchased for us and had shipped in looked wonderful. Our AdvancED went well and they have recommended that we be approved for AdvancED accreditation. We are rather excited as this is our first AdvancED accreditation for the preschool program. -Preschool Director
I love my job again. Thanks for your encouraging words through all of this. -FCC Provider
