Our Impact on the Community
For 60 years, we've been a lifeline for the 1 in 26 who live with seizures in Colorado and Wyoming.
Every day, the Epilepsy Foundation of Colorado and Wyoming changes lives. We support the over 65,000 people in our community who live with epilepsy—people who need care, understanding, and to feel empowered. Through transformative programs like our summer camps, young adult retreats, and peer support groups, we create safe spaces where individuals can grow, find independence, and build friendships that last a lifetime.
Our newest initiative, epilepsy WORKS!, opens doors to meaningful employment for people with epilepsy. We offer comprehensive support—career guidance, job search assistance, pre and post-employment training, and ongoing mentorship—empowering individuals to thrive in the workforce.
We offer ongoing free Seizure First Aid Certification, equipping our community with the knowledge and tools to act quickly and confidently when someone is experiencing a seizure.
Your gift today will directly impact the lives of those living with epilepsy, helping them find hope, strength, and a brighter future. Thank you for standing with the 1 in 26, and for supporting those who love them.
Testimonials
"We’ll admit it. We were was nervous when we dropped our son, David, off at Camp Rock N Rally this summer. David’s neurological differences have come with some behavioral health challenges and we weren’t sure how he’d do being away from home for the first time. We dropped David off at camp and it went so smoothly! #bigdeal
The camp was a godsend. The counselors and medical staff did an incredible job and he wanted to stay a few more days!

"The connections and the resources are so valuable. I have learned how to grow and create a positive mindset. I look forward to helping others as this group has helped me! Interacting with others who have epilepsy is very helpful, it makes you feel like you aren’t alone in a world of unknowns."
