Testimonials

My girls have been at Flagstaff since kindergarten and they're in 6th and 8th grades now, and I can honestly say BEST school ever!! -- Michelle M. Barr

I love love love Flagstaff! We could not have found a better suited school for my son. He was diagnosed with ADHD this year. The staff at flagstaff including all administration has bent over backwards to accommodate my son's needs. My husband and I are so very thankful for Flagstaff... I can firmly say that Flagstaff's staff will put in as much work as you do with your own children. My son gets all of his needs met emotionally, mentally, academically, socially, and physically. As a former teacher, never have we had such a well balanced experience in a school. The staff's communication and professionalism is beyond my expectation. I've always prayed that my son would have a teacher with similar work ethics and values as myself. Well this year, God gave my son several teachers, and school staff to care, love, and educate my son. Thank you flagstaff team! You are all amazing. -- Jessica Pease

Well, this has never happened before. Both of my kids crying because school is over?? We are so thankful for Ms. Brown and Ms. Jamieson. First year teachers rocked our world. I am so proud of how my kids have grown at this school. Thank you. -- Victoria Martinez

Flagstaff has been a great school for both of our daughters. The teachers are innovative and have done an excellent job of keeping our girls challenged and interested in learning. The level of parent involvement by the majority of parents at the school also makes a big difference. -- Pamela Franch Hora

Background Statement

Flagstaff was founded in 2005 as a K-6th grade school. In the subsequent years, Flagstaff Academy has grown into an exceptional educational environment which values developing the whole child through a Pre-K to 8th Grade Core Knowledge academic program. The curriculum is rich with experiential arts, hands-on science exploration, character education, and innovative technology integration. In 2007, Flagstaff Academy added 7th and 8th grades in 2007. The school moved to its current location at 2040 Miller Drive in Longmont in 2009. Flagstaff Academy has grown from a small, 250-student school, into a vibrant campus of more than 900 students and over 100 staff members, all of whom are proud to call themselves Flagstaff Academy Dragons.
