Through the support of our donors we have completed rehabilitation of the historic Twin Lakes Village Schoolhouse, raised over $102,000 for Fire Station 2 , paid for abatement work on the back of the Clarion Hotel in the Heritage Park, completed miles of trail work, staffed the Visitor Center with volunteers annually and are continually trying to maintain historic buildings.

Mission

We are a non-profit organization focused on preserving the many historically significant aspects of the area, and working with the Forest Service and local governments to improve the quality of life for the visitors and residents of southern Lake County and surrounding areas.

Background Statement

We were formed in 2011 and have become an engaged organization in Lake County. We promote and provide educational programs, fire mitigation assistance, community gatherings and support of other Lake County non-profits and efforts.
