GiGi’s Playhouse Denver is the 55th Playhouse in the international network. We opened our doors on October 16, 2021, and we are honored to serve our families – and to provide our community with a place to serve others!

The mission of GiGi’s Playhouse is to change the way the world views Down syndrome and to send a global message of acceptance for all.
We do so by making a lifetime commitment to those of all ages who have Down syndrome, and their families. Through free programs and through our #GenerationG Acceptance Initiative Campaign for global acceptance, we EMPOWER families by maximizing opportunities for daily achievement and lasting acceptance. To ensure lasting acceptance, we must show the world what individuals with Down syndrome
are truly capable of achieving as students, co-workers, volunteers, friends, and valued members of their communities. Our program outcomes help advance this vital social impact goal.
GiGi’s Playhouse Denver offers FREE educational, therapeutic, fitness programs, and social opportunities to individuals with Down syndrome, their families, and the community. We offer a safe place where everyone is welcome, from pre-natal diagnosis to adults!
Our goal is to empower individuals with Down syndrome and their families to reach their highest potential.
GiGi’s Playhouse’s research-based curricula work towards advancing literacy, math skills, gross and fine motor skills, improving low muscle tone, building self-esteem, preparing for the workforce, and more, while fostering acceptance, awareness and networking resources for parents, siblings and the community – all FREE of charge.
