The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is a force of healing and hope for families and communities affected by substance use and mental health conditions. As the nation’s leading nonprofit provider of comprehensive inpatient and outpatient addiction and co‑occurring mental health treatment for adults and youth, we provide evidence-based addiction treatment and recovery services throughout the US. The Foundation has 17 locations nationwide, including a site in Greenwood Village, Colorado, with expansive on-site and telehealth solutions. With a legacy that began in 1949 and includes the 1982 founding of the Betty Ford Center, the Foundation today encompasses a graduate school of addiction studies, an international publishing division, addiction research and data analytics center, recovery advocacy and thought leadership, professional and medical education programs, school-based prevention resources, a specialized program for children who grow up in families with addiction and advocacy for critical public policy initiatives. We partner with more than 500 health care providers and organizations through our Patient Care Network, a multi-level collaborative network among quality health care providers and organizations who share a common philosophy about the most effective, evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders, and a shared goal of improving patient experience and outcomes.
