At Hilltop Community Resources, we empower families and individuals by providing support based on their unique needs. From ensuring expecting families have access to healthcare, to brain-injured adults living as independently as possible, to providing safe housing for families affected by intimate partner and domestic violence, we serve individuals in need with comprehensive, family-focused programs. By contributing, you help connect people to resources and services to overcome challenges and access opportunities to build a brighter future.

Mission

We create connections to build a community where everyone belongs!

We believe that meaningful connections are the foundation of everything we do. Whether we’re bringing residents of our independent living facilities together over shared meals or activities, guiding families through difficult times with compassion and empathy, or collaborating with local nonprofits and businesses, the relationships we nurture allow us to create a community where everyone truly feels valued, supported, and like they belong. By fostering these relationships, we strive to continue building a strong, healthy western slope community.

Background Statement

Throughout our nearly 75-year history, Hilltop’s name, location and programs have all changed and evolved, but our core purpose has remained a constant. We know why we do what we do: Hilltop is driven by the belief that creating connections between people builds a healthy, supportive community where everyone belongs. That is our “why.” And it takes many willing people who support, participate and work with us to keep it true.

Hilltop has over 25 programs dedicated to serving individuals and families in need while providing resources that are comprehensive, evidence-based, family-focused, and supported by community collaboration. From connecting expecting families to quality healthcare or providing emergency shelter for victims of intimate partner violence, to empowering adults with traumatic brain injuries to live independently, Hilltop is there to help individuals face life's challenges.
