IMPACT. It's no secret that our community is tragically affected by substance use and mental health disorders. The last 8 years have been filled with both triumph and heartache. From seeing homeless veterans reunite with family, gain housing and disability benefits, seeing parents gain long term recovery so their children can come home, to rushing clients to hospitals and attending funerals, we give it our all, every time. Our hearts both beat and break for the suffering. Hornbuckle Foundation provides sober living scholarships, professional peer coaching, street outreach, community center programs, and general outpatient clinical services for our community. We've impacted over 3,500 lives and their families... and we're just getting started. Thank you for helping us continue to make an impact and changing the trajectory of lives who were once hopeless!
