Mission and Approach: Inner Ocean Empowerment Project is dedicated to promoting holistic healing, and access to education. It combines Mindi’s expertise as a wilderness and rites of passage guide, Five-Element acupuncturist, Somatic practitioner, and East-West folk herbalist to support individuals and communities in cultivating both self and community leadership. The organization’s primary objectives include:

Holistic Healing Modalities: Our programs are built upon Mindi’s extensive training and expertise. We offer numerous trauma-informed, holistic healing modalities to support individuals struggling with acute and chronic trauma, enabling them to regain balance and begin living their lives once again.

Health Literacy: Education on health literacy is a crucial aspect of our organization’s work. We empower individuals with healthcare-centered education, enabling them to make informed decisions and support their families and larger communities.

Delivering Critical Medical Supplies: The Inner Ocean Empowerment Project recognizes the importance of access to critical medical supplies, especially in situations of natural disaster and acute trauma. Our organization is actively involved in delivering these supplies to those in need, contributing to the long-term healing process and empowerment of local and global communities
