Our mission at Lady Trailblazer is to EMPOWER A GIRL. CHANGE THE WORLD. We accomplish this by building self-confidence through our Girls’ Persist STEM leadership program. Lady Trailblazers’ goal is to broaden the exposure to the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (“STEM”) disciplines. It is a fundamental belief of our organization that young women can make a significant contribution to these fields.

The Girls’ Persist program focuses on building foundational leadership skills that will not only play an important role as they mature, but also ground them throughout adulthood. Girls’ Persist exposes the girls to the following skillsets: presentation and facilitation skills, decision making, problem solving, and team building skills, and reinforces those skills throughout the program.
