The purpose of the Legend High School Band Boosters shall be to support the Legend High School Band programs, to include jazz bands, concert bands, percussion ensemble, marching band, instrumental sections and color guard, and to undertake such activities to this end as may be determined by the membership. The Legend High School Band Boosters shall provide moral and financial support, accept and disburse funds, and otherwise assist the Legend High School Band programs through cooperation with and guidance from the band director(s).
The Legend High School Band Boosters were created in 2008, the year Legend High School opened. As the band program has grown, the Legend High School Band Boosters has also grown, providing financial resources to the band programs through various fundraisers and contributions. This has allowed various band groups to travel and compete both in the United States and internationally.
