This year for Colorado Gives Middle Park Medical Foundation has a generous donor pledging a matching gift of $10,000 allocated towards our Employee Assistance Fund. This fund is dedicated to aiding Middle Park Health employees who fall on financial hard times due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances that require an urgent need for financial assistance. Examples include death in the immediate family, accidents, illness, natural disaster, a victim of a crime, etc.
Additionally, we continue to fundraise for our Fraser Campus Campaign – Keeping Life Grand When Moments Matter; equipment upgrades, such as a 3D Mammography machine; and local scholarships.
Fraser Campus Campaign
Goal: $5 million
Raised: $2.31 million
This campaign is directed toward alleviating construction costs for our newly opened Fraser Campus. Middle Park Medical Foundation believes that philanthropy presents an incredible opportunity to establish lasting sustainability in our local healthcare system. This is an Enterprise Zone Contribution project in Grand County; donations can qualify for up to a 25% state tax credit.
3D Mammography
Goal: $100,000
This campaign is focused on raising funds for Middle Park Health’s new Hologic Selenia Dimensions 3D Mammography machine. This new technology is already making a difference at MPH – Granby by providing better technology for mammogram screening locally.
Scholarships
Middle Park Medical Foundation offers scholarships to Middle Park Health Employees, Grand and Jackson County High School students, and community members wishing to further their education in the field of healthcare sciences.
We firmly believe in the power of collaboration and are committed to working together as one Grand County Community to achieve a better life for all of us. A donation to MPMF this Colorado Gives Day strengthens the fabric of our health, well-being, and community.

The mission of Middle Park Medical Foundation is to advance and sustain quality healthcare in support of Middle Park Health and our rural mountain communities through donations, volunteerism, scholarships, and other philanthropic means.
Recognizing the essential role their local hospital played in the health of their community, Middle Park Medical Foundation was established in 1991 through the vision of Grand and Summit County residents in the interest of securing community access to, what was at that time, Kremmling Memorial Hospital.
Today, Middle Park Medical Foundation (MPMF) continues to serve as the fundraising arm of Middle Park Health (formally Middle Park Medical Center) through the cultivation of private philanthropy. Its success has enabled the expansion of healthcare services and facilities as well as an expanded focus that includes the provision of funds for staff education, equipment, and community health & wellness programs. Middle Park Health continues to seek meaningful ways to support advances in clinical excellence for the community.
Each year, MPMF enhances the work of Middle Park Health by raising the financial resources to help keep facilities and technology first rate, help fund programs for patients, provide financial relief to MPH employees who experience unforeseen troubled times, and provide scholarships to the community. A healthy hospital is truly the foundation of a healthy community.
