MYPI aims to build bridges between youth, their families and community leaders with the goal of empowering youth to achieve individual success and realize a better tomorrow.
Our community is at the core of our existence as a non-profit organization. We are a grassroots organization, founded in 2018, that has been built by the members of our community for our community. Youth empowerment and equity is our major focus and we incorporate this through involvement of youth in every stage of our organization, including our board.
An expanding Mental Wellness Program, spearheaded by a youth-led campaign.
The Adopt-A-Family Program that allows youth and community members to be stewards as they support families in need with a focus on the recent Afghan refugees that have resettled in Colorado.
A thriving Mentorship Program that supports the academic, spiritual, personal and mental growth of mentees.
The Pathways to Success Program that supports career and college readiness; including a tutoring program for students of all ages; and programming classes that aim to remove the institutional barriers and bring more people of color into the STEM field.
