The guild seeks donations to purchase fabric and other supplies in order to create quilts for our various charities: Baby quilts, Quilts of Valor, lap quilts for assisted living residences.

The Peaks 'n Pines Quilt Guild is a non-profit organization dedicated to the art of quilting that emphasizes educational programs, community building and supporting families in our community through homemade quilts.
The 62 members of the Guild volunteer their time to create and make quilts for many different charitable causes. In the past few years, the Guild donated in excess of 100 quilts/items to Mountain Family Center and Advocates to give to their clients in need, Cliffview Assisted Living Residence and Quilts of Valor program. Quilts of Valor Foundation is a National non-profit organization. The mission of the Quilts of Valor Foundation is to cover service members and veterans touched by war with comforting and healing Quilts of Valor.
The Peaks 'n Pines Quilt Guild was incorporated as a Colorado non-profit in 2011. In 2012, the Guild obtained official status as a public charity under section 501 (c ) (3).
