The Roaring Fork Kayaking Club offers pool and river kayaking clinics, swift water rescue courses, ACA kayak instructor training, and community events to encourage paddlers of all skill levels, while promoting environmental responsibility and strengthening community connections.
Founded in 2021, our kayaking cub has grown to become a central hub for local paddlers. We provide important resources, including expert coaching, and build connections through partnerships with local schools and organizations, including Carbondale Middle School, to inspire the next generation of river enthusiasts.
The Roaring Fork Kayak Club is committed to providing access, instruction, and an inclusive community for whitewater kayaking in the hope that participants will increase their skills, confidence, love for river running and appreciation of wild places.
