Rocky Mountain Communities (RMC) invests in resident-focused affordable housing solutions across Colorado – strengthening the fabric of our great state for everyone. We develop, own & manage affordable housing communities with a vision to create Safe, Equitable, Resilient and Vibrant (SERV) communities where people are empowered and thrive. We focus on holistic care - engaging the whole person - to help our residents with upward mobility. Our programs currently support more than 2,500 individuals in 10 affordable housing properties throughout Colorado. RMC's programs support:

For more than 32 years, Rocky Mountain Communities has leveraged resources and partnerships to invest in resident-focused affordable housing solutions across Colorado. We develop, own and manage housing communities, where we also offer services and programming that promote youth success, adult-self sufficiency and elderly independence. In doing so, we strengthen the fabric of our great state for everyone – now and for generations to come.

Rocky Mountain Communities currently serves more than 2,560 individuals (including 900+ children) within our 10 affordable housing communities across Colorado. Since 1992 we have served more than 16,500 families with stable affordable housing and programs for upward mobility.
