PEAK+ is an all-new concurrent enrollment program at Rocky Mountain Prep (RMP) that allows high school students who have met their graduation requirements to attend college at the Community College of Aurora or Denver, while benefiting from both RMP’s college access program as well as the student services provided on each college campus. This program not only accelerates their academic journey but also immerses students in a real college experience, preparing them for college and beyond.
RMP fully covers costs for participating students, including transportation and meals. 25 high school seniors at RMP SMART and 37 high school seniors at RMP RISE are participating in the first year of the PEAK+ program. Your investment ensures we can expand this program to serve even more students in 2025.
Your gift this Colorado Gives Day will give the gift of education. For every $25,000 raised, RMP will unlock a scholarship for a PEAK+ student to assist them in achieving their postsecondary goals after high school graduation!
Mission
We are Rocky Mountain Prep (RMP), a movement comprised of incredible educators, families, scholars, and advocates who are changing the face of public education in Colorado by democratizing college preparation and access for historically marginalized students and families. On paper, we are a network of 12 college preparatory charter schools in the Denver metro area serving students as young as 12 weeks through 12th grade. But we are so much more than this.
Our mission is to empower every student to reach their full potential through a rigorous, loving, and transformative academic experience.
Background Statement
On July 1, 2023 Rocky Mountain Prep and STRIVE Preparatory Schools united under the banner of the Rocky Mountain Prep name to become one public charter school network serving more than 5,000 students from early childhood through 12th grade in 12 schools across the Denver Metro area.
