Background Statement

In 1970, Salud was established as a small migrant health project to meet the health care needs of farmworkers and their families in the Fort Lupton agricultural area. Over the years, Salud has evolved into an extensive integrated and comprehensive primary health care delivery system serving the migrant and low-income medical population.
