The Secure Attachment Initiative’s intensive outpatient mental health program is a comprehensive treatment program made to provide intensive care and support for teens and families facing mental health challenges. It is a six-week program that features a rotating curriculum of topics, so teens can join at the start of any week without worrying about missing a certain topic.
Our program aims to bridge the gap between inpatient care and traditional outpatient services by offering a structured and intensive treatment option that allows adolescents to maintain their daily routines while receiving the support they need.
By offering a higher level of care than traditional outpatient therapy, our program ensures teenagers receive consistent support and guidance as they navigate their mental health challenges. This helps maintain the momentum of progress made during inpatient treatment or crisis intervention.
To facilitate secure attachment in children, adults, and families by creating resiliency and generational healing through individual therapy, group therapy, family psychotherapy, experiential workshops, intensive outpatient groups, educational resources, and supportive services.
