Solid Rock Community Development Corporation (SRCDC) is a dynamic nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in Southeast Colorado Springs. We focus on community development through a range of programs, including affordable housing, youth initiatives, a community food center, and small business support. Our mission is to empower residents and foster a vibrant, connected community.
Through our four pillars—Affordable Housing, Food Security, Youth Programs, and Community Investment—SRCDC is creating lasting, transformative change in Southeast Colorado Springs. By addressing critical needs and empowering residents, we are building a community that thrives today and for generations to come.
Our Strategic Plan focuses on increasing the capacity and outreach of Solid Rock CDC’s core programs:
-Increase Southeast COS residents’ ability to take advantage of diverse housing options.
-Enhance Southeast COS business community connections and resources.
-Leverage and develop community partnerships to raise awareness of CDC resources & Southeast COS region.
-Improve Southeast COS region’s ability to advocate for policy frameworks that support each major problematic area.
Support for Southeast Communities by fostering innovative community collaboration, we aim to transform Southeast Colorado Springs into a vibrant destination for both housing and business development.
