St. Luke's Medical Clinic is a non-profit family practice that was started in 2006 by Dr. Mike Lynch and Patricia Lipinski, FNP. Our clinic provides healthcare to people with no insurance, Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance. This is important, as there are few private clinics that accept patients with Medicare/ Medicaid and those without insurance. The support that we provide to patients does more than make excellent medical care possible; it also provides HOPE- which is the greatest catalyst to healing.
We offer the following:
* General Medicine: Adult sick and well visits; immunizations; sports physicals; geriatric care; strep testing; flu testing; and more.
* Wellness: Annual exams and wellness exams; various diagnostic testing; various injections; immunizations; cancer screenings; and other preventative care services.
* Sports Medicine: a diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries.
* Counseling and Case Management: We have a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides both individual and family counseling. Our case manager also helps patients find financial resources.
* Procedures: We also offer minor in-office procedures.

*Patty had lived a full and productive life. However, when her husband died, she was left alone and isolated. Though she had two children, only Patty's daughter stepped in to care for her as she also began to develop dementia. Her daughter managed her finances, visited her and was a vital part of her life. However, through tragic circumstances, her daughter was killed, and Patty was devastated. So, our St. Luke's Patient Navigator stepped in to help. She coordinated with several community agencies to provide the in-home care that Patty desperately needed. The Navigator also helped Patty fill out paperwork for SNAP, Medicaid and LEAP benefits and intervened to enhance the relationship between her and her son. When she had a need, Patty felt comfortable enough to call and ask for help! She said, "St. Luke's Medical Clinic was my lifeline during such a terrible time."
