Summit Youth Sports is a local non-profit 501(c)(3) organized to serve and expand club opportunities for youth activities in our community. Summit Youth Sports has created an expansion of youth sporting capabilities within Summit County. We want to give all youth regardless of socioeconomic background the opportunity to participate. We want to create active and productive extracurricular activities for our local youth. Our youth’s mental and physical health are a vital part of our program.
Our volleyball program has grown from 35 players to 55 players in the past few years fielding 5 teams in the 13-17 age range.

Summit Youth Sports will educate, equip, and empower players, coaches and volunteers through teamwork and respect for oneself and others.
Background Statement
Summit Youth Sports Volleyball offers club volleyball opportunities to middle school and high school aged players.
Summit Youth Sports Volleyball was started in 2019 with 2 teams and 20 players. The organization has grown to 5 teams and 55 players. We offer club teams, practice teams, open gyms, skills clinics, and private instruction to those looking to improve their volleyball skills.
Summit Youth Sports Volleyball continues to increase in numbers and works to keep dues low through sponsorships, grants, fundraisers and donations.
We are looking to grow the sport of volleyball in Summit County in the future by offering open gyms to boys and to introduce volleyball to elementary aged players.
