Traillionaries Foundation

A nonprofit organization

Since our launch in 2022, Traillionaire's Foundation has been committed to empowering youth of color to achieve higher standards of excellence and service. Through career education, life skill development, financial literacy, mental mindfulness strategies, and health autonomy, we prepare our youth to lead as exceptional students, financially literate family members, and impactful contributors to society.

Our vision is bold: to see youth of color thriving as leaders and changemakers in their communities. At Traillionaire’s Foundation, we don’t just strive for success—we measure our work by exceptional outcomes only!

2024 Impact Highlights:

  • EmpowerTheir Trail Program: This transformative program served over 80 youth aged 12-18, equipping them with tools to master discipline, set meaningful goals, enhance financial literacy, and engage with their communities. Through out EmpowerHERTrail Program, young women meet weekly with a lunch and learn model to execute leadership building, fiscal development and conversation skills. Mental mindfulness strategies were introduced to help participants reduce stress, build emotional resilience, and improve focus. Participants reported a 95% increase in confidence around achieving personal and academic milestones.

  • SCORE & SCORE PLUS Programs: Supported 50+ student-athletes aged 17-24 and their families by offering tailored mentorship, financial literacy resources, and advocacy training. A notable highlight this year was 10 athletes scheduling one-on-one sessions with our vetted financial advisors, giving them personalized strategies to build wealth and manage their financial futures.

  • CHIC Summer Camp Partnership: Reached over 60 youth ages 6-18 through interactive sessions in financial literacy, mental mindfulness, and creative arts, inspiring participants to take ownership of their personal growth and development.

  • Arts and Creativity Integration: EmpowerHer Trail participants took center stage at our 2024 Gala, hosted at the Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Studio. They showcased their mastery of 19th-century Renaissance dances alongside modern 2024 trends they creatively incorporated into the performance. This unique blend of tradition and innovation was a highlight of the evening and a testament to their hard work, confidence, and artistic expression.

Looking Ahead to 2025:

  • Multimedia Access & Mentorship: In collaboration with the RTL Foundation, we’re expanding opportunities for youth to access cutting-edge equipment and expert mentorship, empowering them to create impactful media projects aligned with their passions.

  • Middle School Financial Literacy Initiative: Partnering with CHIC, we are set to deliver tailored financial literacy programming to middle school students, helping them build a foundation in budgeting, saving, and informed decision-making.

  • "What’s Your Y" Summer Summit: In 2025, we will host our next 3-day summit for youth aged 12-17 in partnership with CHIC and the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Denver Chapter, focusing on leadership development, mental mindfulness, and discovering purpose.

  • Community Financial Literacy Courses: Collaborating with the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Denver Chapter, we will offer workshops to families, pairing them with youth-led advocacy projects to drive real-world impact.

Mission

Our mission is clear: We are dedicated to cultivating the highest standards of excellence and service within minority communities, with a particular focus on BIPOC youth. Through our innovative programs, we provide a holistic approach that empowers youth in various aspects of life.

1. Career Education and Experience- We guide and mentor young individuals on the path to success, helping them explore and excel in promising careers. From mentorship to industry exploration events, we ensure that they are well-prepared for the challenges and opportunities of the professional world.

2. Life Skill Development-Our commitment to personal growth goes beyond academics. We offer life skill development programs that nurture public speaking abilities, etiquette, civic engagement, and home economics. These essential life skills equip youth to thrive in all aspects of life, from the personal to the professional.

3. Financial Literacy- We firmly believe that financial autonomy is a cornerstone of a prosperous future. Our financial literacy workshops and education focus on making real-life financial decisions, managing budgets, understanding the advantages and disadvantages of consumer credit, and exploring investment strategies, including the stock market.

4. Health Autonomy- We recognize the importance of health in achieving one's full potential. Through health autonomy, we encourage youth to make informed decisions about their well-being and healthcare, promoting a holistic approach to personal and community health.
