It is the mission of Troublesome Horse Rescue (THR) to provide a humane rescue service for mistreated, abused, neglected, injured, unwanted and surrendered horses. THR believes that every equine has a special purpose to fulfill and it is our primary goal to discover this purpose.
It is our hope that through education, rehabilitation, patience and perseverance that these horses will develop the trust and confidence again to have a functional and fulfilling life. Our motto is to rescue, rehabilitate, rehome and repeat. We look for horses down on their luck and strive to give them their best forever.
Our mission is to Rescue, Rehabilitate, Rehome equines that are down on their luck, and then to Repeat the process. Saving equine lives one horse at a time.
