$25,000 is needed to purchase a large van for Hope for Youth Foundation in Benin, West Africa. This van will used to transport students to and from school and to take field trips; to move equipment, food, and supplies between school/ministry locations; to support mission teams to travel around the country.
Hope for Youth Foundation is dedicated to developing the youth in Benin, which has one of the youngest populations in the world. Students need encouragement to work hard in academic or technical schools to improve their futures. Benin is one of the poorest countries in the world: education is the only way up for the people!
This year a new program has begun, to help youth from the distant villages have a chance to attend school for the first time! Funds were raised to pay school fees, buy uniforms, and school supplies to fill backpacks to help these kids begin the dream of their lives!
Truth Unleashed Ministries provides financial support for Hope for Youth Foundation to empower the youth to attain high goals educationally and economically, while developing emotional and spiritual maturity.
Josue Akowanou has a huge heart for the youth of Benin. They need education to learn skills and increase their abilities to be productive in the workforce. They need character training to defeat the corruption of their society. They need support and encouragement to be their best. Josue's Hope for Youth Foundation aspires to mature them into outstanding citizens with integrity to bring their country into the 21st century.
