Wholesome Generations is a non-profit program curating health, wellness, and creativity related events for adult caregivers with their children (ages 6-12) to help identify life-positive outlets while strengthen their relationships through relating and communication education.
The programs engage adult and child partners in small group events promoting physical health, movement literacy, cardiovascular wellness, and other healthy living practices, like proper diet and creative expression, while teaching self-awareness, communication, and relating skills so participants can improve their abilities to identify, share, receive, and reflect feelings and information.
Wholesome Generations is a Public Charity 501(c)(3) non-profit, partnering with local businesses to promote and provide their services to our communities. Initial offerings are individual classes in Fort Collins Colorado with plans to evolve into multi-class programs throughout the world.
Wholesome Generations combats the effects of divide and isolation by strengthening inter-generational bonds between adult caregivers and children ages 6-12. This is done during health, wellness, and creative outlet mixed age group activities, paired with authentic relating and communication training and practice. Starting with local offerings and experiments, the mission is to provide findings and reproducible offerings that are adopted world-wide in the creation of a more harmoniously connected future.
Wholesome Therapies started in 2023 in response to the significant chasm between parents, children, and mixed generations due to various conditions in societal and cultural norms that hampered caregivers from being engaged with, attuned to, and active with their children. Having a significantly supportive community in the Fort Collins Colorado area, Wholesome Generations has been developing and refining a scalable model of offerings with the collaboration of existing organizations and businesses.
