Starpoint provides essential services to two vulnerable populations: children – and their families – and adults with cognitive and physical challenges. We have been providing services and supports to individuals, families, and communities in Fremont, Chaffee, and Custer counties since 1977. We began providing adult services to Front Range communities in 2001.

Mission

Partnering with individuals, families and the community, Starpoint exists to enrich lives and realize dreams.

Background Statement

Starpoint has been providing services and support, making a difference in the lives of children and adults across Southern Colorado for over thirty-five years. Our primary goal is to enrich lives and realize dreams in children and adults with cognitive and physical disabilities. Each of our services and supports are tailored around that mission.

Our Children’s Services offer early childhood care and education at three venues in Fremont County. Our Adult Services specialize in ensuring that adults with developmental disabilities receive the proper supports and services to encourage their own decision making and embrace as much independence as possible.
