More than 60,000 wild horses and burros are standing in government holding facilities without their freedom, families, or familiar way of life. Our dream is to one day see all wild horses and burros released from the bondage of the holding facility to discover a new freedom, a new family and more familiar way of life.

Steadfast Steads is a 501(C)3 public, charitable, impact organization devoted to showcasing America's wild horse as a "living national treasure" in a publicly accessible environment. Grants, donations, fundraising, and educational programming support Steadfast Steeds. The Sanctuary offers people interactive experiences and skills that impact their life and their awareness of mustangs.
