Transforming Creatives is a 501(c)3 nonprofit forming creative souls to transform the soul of society.
We believe creative souls have a unique ability to bring the healing power of truth, goodness and beauty into our world. So we empower their flourishing individually and in community. Here's how we do that:
We Support Personal and Communal Wellbeing
Every person has a purpose. We each have the potential to make a life-giving contribution to humanity. At Transforming Creatives, we want to help you discover that purpose and support your journey in it. Our art & wellness experiences include skill-building workshops, strategic & financial guidance, group contemplative practices, art & forest therapy immersions and more. We support your growth and empower you to impact your community.
We Nourish Individual Souls
Each of us has something inside that hopes and aspires. We dream. We reach. We desire. Yet, we often find ourselves unable to accomplish those dreams or live the life we desire. At Transforming Creatives, we support your hopes and aspirations with more than just inspiration. We walk the road with you. We provide one-on-one, soul care companioning to help you grow into wholeness and live well into who you truly are.
We Create Intentional Community
Community is at the core of everything we do at Transforming Creatives. We believe it’s foundational for how we were meant to live as humans. Therefore, when we commune with others, our souls are most healthy. Our communities set a common, inclusive table of support, encouragement, and direction and invite those who desire to gather and participate. At this common table, friendships emerge, lifelong partnerships are formed, and a unity of diverse individuals is celebrated. We shape each other for our own and the common good.

WE FORM CREATIVE SOULS TO TRANSFORM THE SOUL OF SOCIETY.
Forming takes many forms...
- ARTIST ALLYSHIP: This program provides one-on-one consulting that includes personal practice & wellness coaching, accountability & clarity, soul care, strategic & financial guidance, and more. It supports personal growth & transformation helping creatives become all they were created to be.
- ART & WELLNESS WORKSHOPS: On location learning environments that support growth and transformation. One example is our Tools for the Creative Life partnership with the Denver Public Library, the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts, and the RiNo Art District.
- SPIRITUAL COMMUNITIES: These recurring gatherings are designed to foster deep communal relationships, healthy life rhythms, and experiences of the Divine. They are spaces of belonging and create opportunities for awe and wonder to transform our ways of thinking, being and doing deepening our awareness of the transcendent and our connection with each other.
- FREE WORKSHOPS IN DENVER'S BARNUM NEIGHBORHOOD: We bring a series of workshops in support of adult artists and creatives in Denver’s Barnum and surrounding neighborhoods. These workshops foster creative community, provide artists with resources for personal & professional growth, and deepen health & wellness through the arts. Each workshop will be held at Bethany United Methodist Church across the street from the Ross-Barnum Library.
Funding for these support services is provided in part by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts and by individual donations. All workshops and services are provided free of charge.

Transforming Creatives was founded in 2018 as a result of broadening the work of Converge Denver. This creative incubator was home to more than 50 visual artists, designers, photographers, filmmakers, writers, nonprofits and other super creative humans.
In the caring for creatives, we Support Personal & Communal Wellbeing, Nourish Individual Souls, and Create Intentional Community. This formative soul work brings transformation to the soul of society while boosting Colorado's creative economy.
