The Spark City Bus!

Spark City Children's Museum is the future children's museum of Jefferson County! We are currently raising money to continue our mobile outreach program- the Spark City Bus! On our repurposed 40 foot school bus, young children are able to learn through dramatic play- all while having so much fun! During our first two years, we have had over 5000 children on the Spark City Bus, and we hope to reach thousands more next year when our program starts back up in April. With your donations, we will be able to change the theme of the bus several times throughout the spring, summer and fall to give children the chance to explore various parts of the "city"! Additionally, every $300 raised will give us the opportunity to bring the bus to children in an underserved community in Jefferson County.
