One Colorado is fighting for equity for LGBTQ+ people in our great state and we can’t do it without you. Will you join the One Colorado Board of Directors in supporting our organization's work to build a brighter future for LGBTQ+ Coloradans?

Our board is proud to bring our own unique voices and lives to our work at One Colorado. We are the voices of LGBTQ+ youth and seniors. We are part of POC communities and the transgender and non-binary communities. We are the voices of parents, mentors, and allies. We work everywhere - from large corporations to small non-profits. We live in large cities, small mountain towns, and rural areas. And while we are proud that we bring a diverse set of voices to our work, we are only a small slice of what being LGBTQ+ looks like in Colorado. Many LGBTQ+ voices continue to be unheard in our communities and throughout our state.

One Colorado is committed to moving LGBTQ+ Coloradans, allies, and families forward. This organization is dedicated to addressing the challenges we encounter while protecting and preserving our fundamental rights.  This year, we worked with the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) to eliminate barriers to gender-affirming care in Colorado Medicaid policy, we created spaces for young LGBTQ+ Coloradans to be civically involved and engaged, and we were able to expand protections for providers and families seeking abortion and gender-affirming care. We have traveled around the state, along with our Board members, to attend over 20 Prides. In October, we hosted our first in-person GSA Summit since the COVID-19 pandemic and we launched a 14-city statewide listening tour focused on our rural communities to ensure we are listening to all voices impacted by anti-lgbtq+ issues.
