As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Colorado Conservatory of Dance has been a vibrant member of the Broomfield community since 1992. Inside the doors of our long-standing facility, is a deeply caring and inclusive community of exceptional and knowledgeable dance teachers, therapists, and a diverse body of students – all committed to a process of teaching and learning dance that is healthy for both the body and mind.
As a passionate organization dedicated to bringing dance and dance performance into the lives of as many students as possible, your contribution will help us expand several of our signature community education initiatives including:
Need-based scholarships for young dancers who, without your support, may not have access to top-quality training.
Move2Learn educational partnerships in Title I schools, in which CCD instructors work side by side with school administration and teachers to integrate dance and movement into the classroom to meet Colorado Department of Education grade-level standards.
Free after-school dance programs for underserved schools throughout Adams, Boulder, Broomfield, and Jefferson Counties.
Sensory-friendly performances The Nutcracker produced by CCD, and the partnership with Colorado Symphony, where our guests of honor with sensory sensitivities and their families are able to enjoy main-stage performances.
Dance Expressions adaptive dance programming designed to provide equal access to dance for students with physical and/or developmental disabilities.
Your generosity enables us to realize our mission to inspire the love for dance, encourage artistic expression, and increase accessibility of dance and performance.
We look forward to seeing you at one of our many community events and performances during the 2024-2025 season!
