Each year, a group of volunteer Rotarians come together to organize a fall fundraiser. Formerly named the Rotary Golf Classic, we rebranded the tournament to the Kathy Nicol Memorial Golf Tournament in 2024 in honor of long-time Rotarian and dedicated philanthropist, Kathy Nicol.
Kathy not only encouraged us to establish this golf tournament, but she was also a driving force behind why we kept going after the first year. Kathy passed away in November 2023 from an aggressive cancer and she is deeply missed.
This year, we are raising money to support veteran resources in our community!
We will be splitting our proceeds from this year's golf tournament between two amazing non-profit organizations:
- Homeward Alliance - 50% of proceeds will go to supporting housing resources for veterans
- Healing Warriors - 50% of proceeds will go to supporting mental health resources for veterans
