🙌 They are at the *forefront* of the new national push from U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness (USICH) to have shelter For trans folks operated By trans folks.
🤝 They take the time to ensure that decision making invites everyone to the table; even with how much more effort that takes, they recognize that it's always worth it. 
📒 They're working on an incredibly collaborative strategic plan involving leadership, staff, And guests focused around how they:
➕ Build supportive services (95% retention success rate for participants!)
📣 Amplify the voices of the guests in the systems that affect them
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Increase the support for the amazing staff who their time & talent everyday.

🌈And it's the only shelter in Denver dedicated to serving women, trans, and nonbinary folks and actively staying up to date with & incorporate empirically supported best practices into daily operations! It's a critical piece of infrastructure in our CoC, and it needs our support.
