Salida Theater Project

Quality, sustainable, and inspirational theater for our community:  this is what Salida Theater Project is all about. We are focused on working with local talent, collaborating with other theater artists and teaching the skills we have to others to maintain a sustainable, healthy creative working environment. As to date there have been 15 former members of the SHS Drama Team who have worked on Salida Theater Project shows as volunteers, running crew. actors, light and sound designers, costume designers, stage managers, actors and directors. Salida Theater Project is holding an important platform for our adult and young adult artists. People involved are choosing to stay in Salida since having discovered a community theater that operates like a professional theater company and gives them a chance to continue to utilizing as well as growing their craft as theater artists.  We could not be here without the community support. Together we can continue to bring live theater to Salida: a gift that keeps on giving.
